How long can I expect to wait before viewing my banner?

48-72 Hours for Single Orders.
5-7 Working Days for Multiple Orders and Advertisers Creatives Sets.

I do not have any images which are suitable for inclusion in my banner design - Sourcing Images

You can send us by email attachment any images you would like incorporated into your banner design, or we can if you prefer, take them directly from your website for you. If you do not have any suitable images for inclusion in your new banner design, we can source images for you as follows:

Orders up to £34.99 - We will source and provide 1 stock image free of charge.
Orders of £35.00 and over - We will source and provide a maximum of 3 stock images free of charge.

However, if when you receive your initial sample viewing of your banner design, you are unhappy with the image(s) we have sourced for you, there are two options available to you.

Option 1: You can source your own image(s) and send them to us by email attachment.
Option 2: We can source alternative image(s) for you at a charge of £1.50 per image.

PLEASE REST ASSURED that when we at Bip Banners source images for you, we make every effort and take great care in sourcing images which we believe will compliment and enhance your new banner. It’s important that we source images which will result in a ‘perfect fit’ and images which will not produce adverse effects when cropping etc. It is also essential that for animated designs, the images used hold their clarity.  We are fully aware of how important the overall design of your new banner(s) is. When sourcing images for you, we can, of course, only choose from that which is made available to us via stock royalty free images, and we do test a variety of images during the design stages to ensure that we are using (from a design view point), the best possible images to suit the overall look and feel of your new banner ad. If, when you receive your initial sample viewing of your new banner design your are unhappy with the images we have sourced for you, then please refer to Option 1 and Option 2 above.

What payment methods does Bip Banners accept?

We accept payments via PayPal. We send you a PayPal payment link via email which enables you to purchase your banner design quickly and safely online.  YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A PAYPAL MEMBER TO PURCHASE WITH PAYPAL.
